External walls – Interchangeable panel system incorporating 80mm high density insulation surfaced with Glass Reinforced Plastic (GRP). Customisable number of window panels, door panels, power socket panels and plain panels.

Base – 120mm high-density insulated upper ply face. Aluminium joists for strength. Floor finish to customer requirements.

Roof – Panel system incorporating 80mm high density insulation surfaced with (GRP) – SOLAR PV panels externally; LED lighting strips internally.

Solar Photo Voltaic Cells – Highly efficient Poly Crystalline Silicon cells.

Intelligent Power Management System – Next generation power management system capable of supplying direct AC power for usage, backup power storage and feeding of AC power to the grid of neighbouring houses.

Other standard features – Double glazed uPVC windows. Security doors. Power sockets. AC consumer unit / PIR lighting control.
